Once upon a time (okay, not that long ago), a young Sabrina, fresh out of college, entered the mythical realm of Hustle Land. She quickly discovered a world of overworked, stressed, and frankly, kind of miserable people. Businesses were chasing short-term wins, people were burning out, and leaders were feeling the pressure from every direction.

Sabrina couldn’t shake the feeling that there had to be a better way—a way to build businesses that were not only successful, but also fulfilling for everyone involved. A way where people, purpose, and long-term sustainability reigned supreme.

She embarked on her own entrepreneurial path, working with clients on all kinds of projects and leading small teams along the way. Balancing corporate life and entrepreneurship for a while, she picked up hard-earned lessons and a deep understanding of what business owners are really up against.
