A Short Story

Once upon a time (long ago), a young Sabrina, fresh out of college, embarked on her journey into Hustle Land. She quickly discovered a world where people were overworked, stressed, and frankly, quite miserable. Businesses were obsessed with short-term gains over long-term sustainability, ignoring the well-being of their people, and leaders were feeling the immense pressure of it all.

Sabrina couldn't shake the feeling that there had to be a better way. A way to build businesses that were not only successful but also fulfilling for everyone involved. A way where people, purpose, and long-term sustainability reigned supreme.

She embarked on her own entrepreneurial journey, working with clients on various projects and even leading small teams along the way. Balancing corporate life and entrepreneurship for a time, she gained invaluable experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by today's business owners.

Then, with a touch of magic and a whole lot of determination, Sabrina and her partner, Andre, founded The Decision People LLC. We're here to help those who truly desire to build a business that not only thrives but also nourishes their soul.
